Our workouts are based on High Intensity Interval Training which is very effective for fat burning and improving cardiovascular fitness.
You will experience a mixture of activities and exercises to complete in your own time and space. It is all about trying your best and learning to work at your own speed.
The training is usually 60 min long and includes:
10-15 min of Warm Up,
40 – 45 min of Main Session,
5 min of Cool Down
The sessions are suitable for ALL FITNESS LEVELS – beginners to advanced. So, no matter your fitness level we can cater for your needs and help you to achieve your personal goals and objectives.
All exercises during the sessions are adapted to the individual where required – no one is forced to do anything they are not comfortable with!
